I love Otara markets - except for the lack of parking. Go with the intention of parking a street away and walk there - it's much quicker. Otara is such a great place for atmosphere, fruit and vegetables and flowers.
So having bought these delightful things.... names unknown until I google them.... I have the task of turning them into something edible tonight. And a pomegranate - I've never cooked with any of these, so here's hoping we like what develops!Above pictured from top to bottom: Japanes Radish or Daikon, under that is angled luffa or ridged luffa - otherwise known as silk gourd or Chinese okra, then at the bottom is Mo Qua or Mo Gwa (Fuzzy Melon)
