Food NZ: Air New Zealand meal

Who else loves all those dinky little meals on the plane? I do! I wonder what happens to businesses who win a contract to supply Air New Zealand with items, such as this muffin from Rangiora Bakery?

Today's thoughts

I love Christmas food. And I love summer food even more... had a kilo of fresh boysenberries last week, only beaten by the fresh raspberries and blueberries for breakfast yesterday.

I love how young people are cooking so elaborately. Wish I'd had the confidence I see in some of these 18-year olds.

Eat what you like but only when hungry and only until full, as long as it's not always the same thing... and if you only like fast food you have a problem!

We can do the normal and expected or the quirky and irreverent. More of the latter please....
